believe so! the only catch would be if Amazon either severely delays your order around its shipping date or sends you a cancellation email in the next few days (saw people getting these recently for the PHM steelbook)
I haven't had any bad experiences with Amazon preorders. Barnes and Noble cancelled my order of The Alchemy Index Water and Fire but sent me Air and Earth, idk why that happened, had to find it elsewhere. That was just the one time tho. Would probably have ordered this from them if they didn't charge so much more for it
i used to put in preorders through Amazon for some stuff, but stopped after getting delayed emails close to the ship date because they didn't have enough in stock at the time. the only exception i've made recently is for the PHM steelbook, and i got it in well before the first batch they put online sold out, so i'm not as worried
