Only one song in and...wow

 

I could totally see Look What You're Doing To Me getting radio play if it were a little shorter. Either way, I just hope she gets the attention she deserves with this record.

Didn't care for any of the tracks on this

 

What About Love shattered me. It somehow sounds like a song that could've been on Frank Ocean's Blonde. What a way to close the record.

Have you enjoyed any of her previous stuff? If so, I genuinely don’t understand how you couldn’t find anything to like on this album

 

Warm Water will always be my favourite by her. But there’s some damn excellent songs on the new album. Wasn’t as huge on the second album, but this is a marked improvement.

 

Her first album I really dug; even saw her on her first tour and had an amazing experience

 

^ That's interesting, because I feel like III is closer in sound to Goddess


Also, does anyone else hear similarities between Justin Timberlake's My Love and Gimme or am I just crazy? haha

 

Goddess is one of my favorite albums period. It conjures such a mood. As good as this one and The Altar are I don’t know if she’ll ever top Goddess for me personally

 

I didn't care for The Alter at all, and Goddess is one of my favorite records of the last 10 years. I'd put this right on par with Goddess, if not slightly above.

i've been seeing a lot of people complaining about how busy the vocals are and how they're just blaring in and out of both ears and i'm like "but that's the best part"

 

That is definitely the best part haha

 

I think a lot of us love it
