And yes I do only have information about obscure bands few people remember. Here's Brandon Reilly from Nightmare Of You's EP Up The River He is playing with The Movielife again FYI. Check them out this summer or something.
I just did a search and I've already posted them in this thread lmao woops. Just started listening to them for the first time in ages
Hurt is a band I really miss. Post-grunge but with a real artistic streak in them, interesting lyrics, and a violin, because violins are awesome.
Classic. The lead singer was on a podcast a while back and I recommend any fan of theirs to check it out.
CodeName: Rocky Just browsing through my MP3 collection and some of these withstood the test of time haha
awesome interview! It seems like he’s in a much better place, and it’s good to hear they’ve at least kicked around the idea of a reunion. Thanks for sharing
I woke up at 3 AM this morning and couldn't fall back asleep so I started making a playlist that has 1 song by every band mentioned in this entire thread. It's a work in progress because I'm not even halfway through the thread yet, but I have added over 300 bands so far... I'm tired. Subscribe to the playlist, hit shuffle, reminisce, enjoy.
There’s a new label for early 90’s punk/hardcore/emo reissues called Solid Brass: https://linktr.ee/solidbrassrecs?ut...re<sid=c0e0c69f-7a4a-4bbf-b299-bf2276353066 Most of it is a year or so before my time, but it seems like they’ve got a cool thing goin on
This is great. Thanks for making this! After seeming them all listed makes me realize a good portion of these bands returned from the grave since they were posted in this thread, which is cool.
PHEWWWW I finally finished going through this entire thread to make that playlist. Shit. Anyway, enjoy almost 43 hours worth of music.
I love that you included mine so that people that listen to the playlist will get random blasts of nu-metal and post-grunge. King.
