yeah it’s super special to me as well. This is my childhood best friend/old brother figure favorite band and album. Countless memories attached to this thing. I got to see them do a reunion in Atlanta in like 2012. If you watch the YouTube video of the whole show, I’m right in front screaming every word
Such an underrated band! Love this album and You Should Be Living. Modern Day Prayer is still one of my favorite songs ever
I guess I listen to Dryjacket every June/July lol. Don't remember posting this but both their full lengths are so good.
Saw The Explosion support Good Charlotte in 2003 or 4. Bought the hoodie and album. Then forgot about them for 20 years.
Her debut is super fun and unique but It's Not Me, It's You is the big one for me, such a great album front to back. Sheezus is pretty uneven but if you take out the worst few songs there's still some gems on there. No Shame is definitely underrated, super interesting album. I actually was at the concerts she debuted the album at blind, was quite an interesting experience
I guess Scary Kids Scaring Kids released another album with guest vocalists, I remember the last one wasn't very good
Never really got into that band but I will check out the song with Kevin Kiehn. I loved The Wedding so much.
Seeing one of the Hanson brothers on the album is a pretty weird shock. I never was a diehard, but that second album was pretty cool. New stuff feels just like a different band for many reasons
Haven’t heard that name in ages! I remember one of their MP3s I had had a genre tag of “Bad Ass Rock”.
I think about The Healing by ivoryline periodically but always mistook them for the other band with ivory in the name so I’m glad that song has come back to me! new SKSK is actually really good, glad I gave that one a chance anyway, my submission to the thread: Stupid good album, and one of my fav phxc songs ever
