Yesss love Single File

 

About 20 years ago a cool unsigned band from the US called Mayfield sent me their demo for free all the way to the UK. Can't find anything else about them.

 

Don't know how but listening to snippets of those Single File songs suddenly made me recall a band I hadn't thought of in a decade, weird brain stuff!!

Motion City Soundtrack fans should check them out

 

I still listen to them pretty regularly, especially “The Beating of a Lifetime.” What a spectacular song.

Not entirely sure what happened with this band, but it always kinda shocked me that this song wasn’t huge.

Coincidentally I'm in the middle of a The Graduate discography run

 

Saw them perform with AGBPOL in April. They ruled but I believe they made a comment about being mostly inactive now.

 

One of my favorite pop punk albums of all time.

 

Part of this thread needs to show monthly listeners. This is just wild to me. Loved listening to him in high school haha

i love and miss of machines, bummer they only put out one album, but what an album it is!

 

another risecore one and done , take the crown! this album is still a fun one to jam
