Not only is Steve Aoki a sad headliner, he's also playing a show in NYC a month before this fest. At a 3k venue. And I don't think its sold out.
the artist in the blurred out anniversary spot is in yellow, which would be the 9th "headliner", and seeing as hes running with an alphabetical theme here, Yellowcard coming after Saves the Day would make some sense. do we know any other bands doing anniversary shows in 2023? Thrice? I assume TBS isnt on this since their touring this summer already.
Negotiations have stalled with Chad Gilbert. None of the members of Brand New are picking up the phone. The Jonas Brothers asked “who?” five times when he called and said “boys it’s John D I need your help” 3 artists on the leaked lineup are disputing that they ever agreed to play the copier is jammed The mascot is job hunting on Indeed Limp Bizkit is demanding a higher guarantee now that they’re a de facto headliner there’s a trash can on fire in the corner that no one’s paying attention to
So the line-up still hasn't been announced officially (~2 hours later) and people have no idea what's happening behind the scenes... Woof. The line-up has a handful of highlights but overall it just kinda looks like Wimmer run-off and artists that didn't meet quality control for South By So What.
The real Bamboozle was how there are still people saying shit like this. This guy definitely has more faith in this festival than anyone running it
The Bamboozle web site still explicitly says there are three headliners TBA. LOL EDIT: Maybe the headliners are Pure Cringe, Unearned Arrogance, and Marketing Fails. Seriously, though. Those would be cool band names.
slam dunk announced their final line up today. This festival costs the equivalent of $75 although it is missing a puppet
