Did I miss something? Why is Saves The Day still getting booked for shows after everything that happened with Chris Conley?

exactly. i threw up a bit when i saw they were on the when we were young fest lineup. he's no better than jesse lacey and should still be cancelled.

You know damn well if Brand New decided to come back people would line right up. People are able to forgive way too much just because a shitty person made a thing they liked 15 years ago.

 

Brand new were asked to play this and multiple other festivals but passed

Going to assume they've been asked to play at least 90% of all fests that align with the genres.

 

It’s with Lacey. They announced a few weeks back they’re playing a few festivals.

 

Bamboozle $118.57 Per day
Adjacent $199.75 Per day

Both fests today force you to buy multiple days and both force you to get lodging unless you happen to live near by.

Too me neither festival is worth the total cost of getting there, staying there, spending etc.
If you're a huge paramore fan this is your chance to see them at a good price.
As for blink it depends on your fandom.

Bamboozle has needle movers for young people. The line up doesn't make sense anyone excited for Finch isn't ready to throw down during Kaonashi.
Ice spice has a music video from 5 months ago that's 26 million views on youtube hangs out with drake but who is even going to catch her set at this fest I imagine no one in the comment section even knows who she is.

Recommendation for me? wait for single day passes for bamboozle (probably not go at all) and catch blink headlining twice instead of adjacent and THEN go to govenors ball that happens 11 days after adjacent
@116$ a day its just hard to not recommend over both.

majority of the undercard for both adjacent and bamboozle you can catch at anytime if you're in the tri state area.

 

That's the point, the lineup is that bad Finch is the standout

 

bamboozle's the only one who knows, what it is to burn

This festival seems like a joke. I get the whole "want to be eclectic" sort of genre diversity but at some point, someone should've reigned him in.

 

I went to go see them play Stay What You Are over the summer. They were great and they packed the place. People care.

 

Which is sad because Chris is still a giant creep but no one seems to give a shit.
