Finally playing Lost and Tore. Those should be staples in their live set. How was the reaction to those songs??
Yeah Notice Me is really the only thing missing really. Would have loved a pre Separation song but wasn't expecting it obviously.
Only song I've never seen this band play is Say. Outside of a couple from the new record obv, and not including their 2007 release
lol no especially when the band has changed so sonically much it makes sense to just pile on the new stuff. especially when they're not playing a top 3 song on their new excellent record that's so much better than the rest of their stuff
Really good show last night. Only complaint was the foxing guitarist randomly saying before the start of his set " since 1978 70% of the worlds wildlife had died. We're killing the world. Congratulations everybody......" nice and awkward crowd reaction
why would you complain about that? raising awareness about issues, he meant to make you uncomfortable and that's good
It's so catchy and the instrumentation rules The people who think it's not great are probably the same that don't think this is easily so much better than anything else they've ever done
Super can't wait for 11.17. Wanted to see both B&C and Foxing since TTWTWM and The Albatross became two of my favorite records.
The CT date got moved from College Street in New Haven to the Outer Space in Hamden. Assuming because it didn't sell well, as that's a pretty steep downgrade (around 1500 cap to 275 cap)
Yeah I saw this as well. This scene just doesn't seem to be doing great in CT as of late, I saw Touche (who I think are bigger than Balance at this point although I could be wrong) at the Ballroom a few weeks ago and it wasn't even sold out. College Street for this tour honestly seemed ridiculous to me from the beginning
I live right down the street from that venue and it's just an American Legion Hall lol. The show will probably be crazy regardless but it's a very, very small place to begin with
