Emo Revivalists Balance and Composure Rebounded From a Car Crash to Make Their Most Intimate Album Yet New song, Spinning, and interview
Holy fuck @ that accident story. That does not sound like something anybody theoretically should have survived, let alone walked way physically unscathed from. Amazing that they were back on the road within a week. Also interesting to read that they decided to avoid putting a song about the experience on the record, and the reason behind why. As a side note to that, I wonder if that song still made the record but just with different lyrics. Lastly, I've only heard Afterparty once but the thought of describing it as "hard rocking" and "wailing" seems silly to me
Holy fuck that story. I'm debating on whether to listen to the song now or if I should wait until the end of the record
