I love that you listen to their albums across the spectrum! Sure, there's no denying that No Substance or New America don't have quite the same punch as the albums around them, but they still have some good shit on them.

 

I really loved True North, more than this one I think, though this one is great too

 

Weird thinking that in 2 years, The Process of Belief will be the halfway point in this band's career

 

Crazy. That was the first album of theirs that I purchased.

 

Recently I've been singing the chorus of Social Suicide over the chorus of Age of Unreason and the chorus of Atheist Peace over Old Regime.

Which is a good problem to have haha

 

I was listening to this album yesterday too.

I get the E-M-P-I-R-E and DoG-on-a-leash crossover.

 

End of History is always stuck in my head. I still love this album so much.

 

Bumping to say that the lyrical content on this album are so good and hold up well. Also, the guitar solos on this thing are from a different planet.

 

The guitar solos, drums pacing, ooz and ahh’s, and having two songs writers, really add a secondary “voice” to the band.

 

How does this thread have only four pages and this band no dedicated thread

Anyway, I’m reading Greg Graffin’s book. Really interesting.

 

This album still rules, they've had a near flawless run as a band.
They could call it quits now and I'd be satisfied with what they've done but I would love to hear something new from them regardless.

 

Yeah, this is definitely a top 5 BR album for me.
