I love both of these bands but could not agree more. I almost posted Hovvdy and DIIV earlier. Those are peak “band shirts I get weird looks for” shirts

 

10s definitely for me

 

I cut 10s or if that doesn’t count 70s, I keep 90s

 

alvvays does the same thing as hovvdy but for whatever reason it bothers me less

 

OMG I never knew that's what alvvays is supposed to be pronounced as!!! I never really liked them anyway, but that's still wild

Everywhere is one of the world's great songs but also the only Fleetwood Mac song (granted, haven't heard them all, because I don't want to) that isn't lame to me

Listening to right now! Pretty cool yeah. The horns are great. Also doesn't make me vaguely think of ABBA, which is a big plus.

I love Fleetwood Mac; my only hot take there is that "The Chain" has officially reached "People aren't allowed to use this in movies, TV shows, or trailers anymore" levels of oversaturation. The F1 trailer pushed it over the edge.

Just listened to them. Sara is exactly the kind of song that makes me not like them. The Chain is okay, I guess, but I wouldn't ever put it on. Albatross is indeed pretty cool.

 

I agree that that belongs in this thread.

 

Never Mind the Bollocks kicks ass and the relative hate for it by a weird amount of people who claim to like this kind of music it has to be pure pretence
