    Shockingly there's good jam bands and bad jam bands, similar to every single genre ever

    Jam is in fact music’s highest form, unfortunately jam bands have generally awful taste, but fortunately for the fans there’s nitrous

    Expressive authenticity lives in the unconscious. Form is a handy capsule to approximate our interiority, but it’s nevertheless a contrivance to some extent. The jam is an invitation to the unconscious to speak up, it doesn’t always, but u gotta open the door

    Guster got hosed by marketing. Not quite a jam/bro band, not quite indie rock, I don’t think they quite fit the store shelves. But they’re a good band
