I agree no song on After Laughter stands out because they're all 10/10 it's perfect in every way

Code Orange were better when they were Code Orange Kids.

 

God, Grow Up is incredible

 

Very underrated imo I feel like it doesn't get a lot of love but it might be my favorite from S/T

 

The live version of Let The Flames Begin is their best song but the studio version underwhelms.

Ain't It Fun is probably the best.

That's not true. A lot of them are utterly forgettable.

Also, I think Playing God is the best off of BNE.

Also, does anyone else think Where The Lines Overlap could easily be a Jimmy Eat World song?

 

1. Part II is their best song. an album full of part II/daydreaming/last hope/etc would be the best paramore album and an instant classic
2. for me, BNE is the most consistent, cohesive, and best paramore album
3. Told You So, Pool, and Tell Me How are top 5-10 paramore songs. TMS is probably no.2
4. there are definitely times on AL where quirk for the sake of quirk falls flat (see: most of hard times)

and now, the best per album:
AWKIF: emergency, here we go again, never let this go
riot: let the flames begin, pessimist
BNE: careful, feeling sorry, misguided ghosts, all i wanted, brick
s/t: see point 1, + grow up, aint it fun
AL: see point 2, + idle worship, rose colored boy, fake happy

Actually I've just remembered that Brighter is their best song.

 

Anyone else like Motion City Soundtrack? If so, it should be an interesting discussion with how different our opinions are.
