The '59 Sound is The Gaslight Anthem's worst album, largely because of its terrible production and how it ruins Brian Fallon's beautiful voice.

I think Fall Out Boy and Paramore were both mediocre rock/pop-punk bands, but both of them released excellent pop albums in April of 2013. That being said though, both bands best songs come from the album before their 2013 releases in the forms of What a Catch Donnie and Misguided Ghosts.

 

What A Catch isn't even the best song on Folie

But I do like both those albums

 

Infinity On High was the last FOB album I really liked. Don't understand the Folie a Deux love at all.

 

Can't say I really care much for newer FOB, not my cup of tea. Cool of them still being as big as they are though.

 

I think all their albums have been all over the place. I always like parts but as a whole they're not great

 

Last two FOB albums have faded a lot for me. Folie is their best work and it's not even close

Paramore....well, all their albums are very hit or miss imo

 

I loved everything Fall Out Boy did from FUCT to Folie a Deux; the latter is a fantastic pop album.

That being said, I cannot stand anything they've done since reuniting. I would be elated if I never heard "Histories" again within my lifetime. I'm sure both albums have some good stuff but, the singles, woof.

Only Fall Out Boy song I ever really liked was Sugar We're Going Down lol

 

I can fuck with some SRAR, but AB/AP lasted all of about two weeks before I took it out of rotation and never looked back. Really enjoy every pre-hiatus record though, Folie being the best by miles.

 

FUTCT is the only good FOB album imo, but there are good tracks on IOH and FAD

 

Folie is a pop masterpiece tbh

 

Take This To Your Grave is far and away my favorite.

 

I only know the FOB songs that came on the radio. Go ahead and get your pitchforks!

Disloyal order of water buffalos might be my favorite FOB song

 

I can't pick a favorite Fall Out Boy song, all their albums are extremely consistent (not necessarily good though)

 

Because I didn't want to.

 

I've also never checked out FOB.

 

I think they're worth checking out if for no other reason than to have an opinion about them and be able to engage with people here about them

 

Well at least Brock Osweiler is....... tall? Brian Hoyer and Case Keenum were never tall!
