She's So Unusual is a classic!
Also the whole point is that they're both adorable and fun

 

Blink 182 is and has always been a terrible band with incredibly poorly written, cringe inducing lyrics and an awful sense of humor.

I really like Brand New’s music but people comparing anything and everything to Brand New almost ruins them for me.

I agree with the Pink Floyd opinion.

 

But how does your opinion compare to their opinion of Brand New?

 

I don’t think I’ve ever listened to Animals (or if I have it was a long time ago and can’t remember it) but I’d definitely agree that WYWH is better than DSOTM. I should probably go check out Animals now.

 

I think Animals is their best work. Waters is at his finest and Gilmour absolutely shreds.

 

Pipers is the best Pink Floyd album, I think I've said it before but it's still true

 

Meddle doesn't get enough credit, Echoes alone puts it above The Wall for me.

 

Yeah I love Meddle and Obscured by Clouds I feel both of those get overlooked a lot.

 

Okay just cause we were talking about Pink earlier and how she does so well but I forget she exists... I had no idea she had a new album out. And I follow pop fairly close, I'd say? But she does and it sold pretty well?? Sis always sneaks up on me.

 

Daisy is better than Deja Entendu by a pretty large margin.

 

I assume she'll be #1 album right? Was there any other big album releases I'm forgetting?

My jaw actually dropped. I would've thought 200,000 was impressive but moving 400,000 in 2017 puts you pretty much highest group of sellers, except for the real anamolies like TSwift, Drake, and Adele.

Does anyone actually know someone who is like a huge Pink fan? I mean I know she's big, and I get the appeal, but I really don't know anyone person who is buying this album, or streaming it that much. Good for her though!

 

I like quite a lot of Pink’s songs but album wise I think she’s only ever had one I can listen to front to back (misundaztood) .
