Didn't think 40 Below Summer were ever big enough for people to know who they were, I like them and Ill Nino. One of my favorite shows ever where Nonpoint and Ill Nino opening for Sevendust. Such a good rock show.

:-D Rollin Remix with DMX, Red Man and Method Man still gets played probably more than it should by me.

    No Fun. Not Ever.

Didn't one of Ill Nino's guitarists always wear a backpack on stage?

If you are/were a fan you should check out Murdered Love. Album is really good.

Speaking of Cold (and Aaron Lewis) "Bleed" is still a damn fantastic song –

So was the acoustic version of "Just Got Wicked" –

And "Strip Her Down" (though the lyrics are pretty cringey, instrumentally it's still enjoyable) –

Hmmmm. I don't recall. When I hear "wear a backpack on stage" I think the singer of mewithoutYou. Are they popular enough to say that they are good is an unpopular opinion?

Yep! Its all good. Back Home is my favorite of theirs, and from their first self titled I dig Insane a lot.

You're goddamn right he did. He also did jump kicks and a ton of 360's.

Yea they weren't too big, but they stood out for being among the harder of most nu-metal bands that came out around the time.

Does anyone remember Boy Hits Car? I remember downloading their music on Napster because I'd confused the name with Boysetsfire. They were rap-rock/nu-metal, but incorporated 12-string acoustic guitars and "Eastern" sounds.

One of my favorite shows ever was Skunk Anansie, Staind, Powerman5000, and Sevendust. I never moshed so much, before or since, in my life.

    Speaking of Sevendust, remember Snot?

Yep! They were awesome. Wasn't Angel's Sun written about their singer? I know Snot's guitarist filled in for Clint and brought the heaviness back to 7D after Seasons, which is much needed.

Man that would have been awesome. Powerman is one of few bands on my list of ones I've never seen. I'd love to though.

I used to dig Sevendust. Then again I was really into Creed's My Own Prison, and I'll defend that forever.

Creed's first three cds have some great songs on them. My Own Prison is their best though.

If you are/were a Sevendust fan, they have only gotten better. Cold Day Memory is their best album hands down and you owe it to yourself to listen front to back. If the opener of the first track doesn't get you, I don't think anything will.

I don't hear it, are they suppose to sound similar? Also this is a super unpopular opinion. Probably one that will break the site but I like Creed more than La Dispute.

Oh, haha. It's really just like 1 or 2 seconds, and I don't know how I put those two together but one day I just heard it.
