i love that my favorite bands in high school, Brand New and Death Cab, are bands I can still get behind. None of that regret.

Sometimes I am guilty for disliking a band because of their fanbase, and that is mostly why I hate RHCP

I love the Gleam I and II from The Avett Brothers. Like, REALLY love. I And Love And You is good too but other than that I find them super boring. It's too "happy"

 

I still love Finch's first two albums. Their newer "comeback" album was mostly awful though

 

The Lumineers as well! But yeah, I pretty much agree.

 

There is no good goddamn reason in this world for surf music disappearing. The recent resurgence is a blessing.

Langhorns are a GREAT surf rock band (from Sweden!) that i adore

 

"Ho Hey" is a song I would like to never hear again as long as my body occupies this space

 

I get that I can probably come off as a pretentious folk snob sometimes but man they annoy the shit out me.
