It's the epitome of vanilla Starbucks pop but I really, really like Room for Squares by John Mayer. Don't have a ton of interest in his other albums.

 

I used to love Continuum but he's been a bit dead to me for a while now.

 

Yeah I'm not a big fan of him as a person.

Not among my circle of friends! but yeah, I even tried to talk myself into liking them, and every time a song would come on I the radio I'd change it, and I'd be like "oh yeah, they're not that bad! Except for this song." And then I realized "wait a second.... I hate all of these songs"

 

Think it depends. Whenever there's a post on news the reception towards them seems fairly mixed and the positive is usually users I don't recognize. Mainstream seems pretty big on them. Someone once accused me of not liking them cause I'm trying to be "cool" like lol if my music taste can be called anything, "cool" is the farthest from it.

Totally here this. A friend of mine asked if I was into 21 Pilots and i had said "nah. They're really not that great," to which he responded "dude, shut up. You listen to Ryan Adams and Bright Eyes, let's not talk about great, okay?"

I didn't know what to say. Like, what!?!

 

I don't think the gap between bright eyes and 21 pilots is that broad
