I eat popcorn out of a bowl in the comfort of my own home like that. I do not want butter on my fingers!

 

Unfortunately Studio Movie Grill has a poor beer selection, and are crazy expensive. So I rarely buy drinks there. Food is good tho

 

This was great. I do agree that Bud was weird as the final villain. Though I love Jon Hamm so I didn't mind it .


Queen, and Edgar Wright movies go together so well.

 

If I had to sit through a 50 Shades movie, I'd be getting hammered too.

 

Personally, I'd rather get high before a movie than drunk. Did that for Rouge One and I had a blast.

 

Man, the idea of smoking a bowl before a movie or a video game session sounds incredible in theory but I always get so paranoid :(

 

I got high on my trip to LA before seeing The Force Awakens at the Cinerama Dome and it was amazing

 

Up to $30 million domestically already. Good outing already. Budget was $34 mil, so it is easily going to make a bunch of money. Really hoping that Wright can continue to make these types of films. No need to go big budget.

 

I think he learned his lesson from Ant-Man. Hopefully he would not go back to those ghouls.

 

Hamm makes sense as the final villain as he is really the only one to stick up for baby and had already made it clear that he would murder anyone that hurt his wife so when Baby fucks up the get away which leads to his wife being killed he decides he has to go after Baby.

 

I saw Bud as a sort of 'ghost of criminal future' for Baby if he found himself stuck in the cycle of crime for the rest of his life due to Bud's past as a getaway driver, their shared love of music and how both Baby and Bud throw themselves into romance. As a twisted mirror image of Baby, Bud makes a great final antagonist.

 

I originally went and saw Hot Fuzz on 4/20 and I got insanely high and was falling asleep during it. I pretty much never smoke anymore haha, it always puts me to sleep.

 

Just stopping in to say I saw this movie last night and it was incredible! The cast was great (and the lead girl in this looks like some sort of reincarnation of Brittany Murphy I swear). Further to the discussion a page or so back, my friend was drunk in the theatre while watching this and he had to get up several times to pee/get more beers and ended up missing several important parts like Bats' death!. Movie theatre drinking is dumb lol.

 

I took it the same way. then if you think that Baby and Debbie got away from the cops they might have ended up like Bud and Darling. Baby = Budd and Deborah = Darling. Start with the same letters and the same number of letters as well.

I thought Lily James looked like a pod-grown clone of Madchen Amick from back in the OG Twin Peaks. Holy crap I thought they had just spliced in footage from the Double R Diner she looked so similar.

 

My wife said the same thing!

 

I've seen this twice. So much fun. I'd wife the hell out of Lily James too

 

This was absolutely incredibly. Favorite movie of the year.

Everything was just done so well. Wright is easily one of the best around. I ordered the soundtrack on vinyl the minute I left the theater.
