It was a really slow start to the year. Most of the best movies I've seen this year were movies that released last year but didn't go wide until this year. The Lost City of Z is probably my favorite 2017 film so far this year but Get Out and Logan were also great. There are a couple indies I never got a chance to see though that I still need to catch.
I Dont Feel At Home in This World and Get Out are the only two new movies I've seen that I've really liked.
I'd would see it tomorrow but Tuesday night is the night I play basketball, so I'll be seeing it with friends Wednesday.
It's pretty rare for movies to come out on Wednesday's right? I kept thinking this wasn't officially out until Friday. I'm tempted to go see this again on discount Tuesday, but I haven't seen Wonder Woman yet so I might bump it for later.
It tends to either happen around holidays or when a movie doesn't want to compete against the other films opening on that particular Friday.
I probably won't get to see it until Thursday or Friday, so I'm super jealous of everyone seeing it tonight and tomorrow.
is Okja coming to theaters? thinking of double dipping for this after WonderWoman, gotta love $5 tuesdays.
That review had some things I sort of agree with, but the writer seemed like they went into it expecting a more comedic film.
My theater still charged me regular prices since it's the first showing. I was hoping for $5 Tuesday prices!
