I feel like what hurt this album's performance was that it was released in the dead of winter. So it's definitely odd that they're gonna try and push a deluxe edition again in the Winter. It just screams Summer to me.

Hopefully this single does well and helps the album. I think everyone was shocked that it didnt chart better and none of the singles took off. Especially that MGK one, considering how popular he's become.

 

I still don't understand the business of radio and why things get played and don't. I'm talking alt radio or rock radio. Like why wouldn't they play any of the avril songs on semi decent loop. The austin rock radio plays everything from olivia Rodrigo, mgk, to system of a down and death cab so its versatile.


This song is nice and would've worked well as a good slow song to add to album. Im okay with deluxe + vinyl.

Music labels rolling out EPs and deluxe editions make no damn sense to me, what the hell is this announcement doing buried in a Twitter Q&A of all things when you literally released a single today

Ok.... I'm gonna be a gossip loser for just like one second. He seemed way way way way more obsessed about her than him. Every clip I saw he seemed like being with avril was the best thing that's ever happened to him. And while on the surface that seems sweet and all, I can see avrils personality (which i 100% know nothing of) be kinda turned off by it.

Her relationships seem to be fleeting.


But again, I'm being a gossip loser because I don't actually know any of these people.
