But what, exactly, does a complex wine taste like? Is wine that lacks complexity inherently worse? Of all the wine jargon most misconstrued and controversial, “complexity” is arguably near the top.

    Heh, the wine community does actually use a similar word for defining wine.

    I can't follow 90% of what people talking about wine mean though.
