There’s no way Disney hires them after the whole Solo fiasco.

If Feige knows what he is doing he would hire the creative minds behind the Spider-Verse films. Secret Wars will be a huge burden to get right and Lord/Miller have proven themselves. McFeely and Markus wouldn’t be bad, either. Ideally, something as ambitious as Secret Wars needs to have a duo so that they can check each other.

I could see Lucasfilm possibly not giving Lord/Miller a chance, but due to the success of the Spider-Verse films I can’t see them being turned down by Marvel.

Seeing as Disney owns both, I would be shocked if they allowed that. I’m not against it, I enjoy their stuff. I just don’t see it happening.

Why not just get Markus and McFeely back? (The writers for Infinity War and Endgame)

While I ultimately love their output, after what recently came out about their behind the scenes behavior and process with the Spider-verse films, I’d prefer the production crew not be saddled with Producers who will mentally abuse and wear them down. I’m positive there are others out there who could get the job done without taking advantage of crew members whose mental stability is already being stretched thin enough as it is under the Marvel machine. That kind of behavior is part and parcel to how we end up with these strikes in the first place. Broken industry on every level.

This. Considering how Marvel’s treated VFX workers, I'm not sure doubling down is something to look forward to.

  10. I'm in a minority with Across The Spider-Verse. It definitely felt convoluted and off in terms of pacing for me, not nearly as well orchestrated as Into The Spider-Verse or Infinity War.
