It's A Secret To Everyone Prestigious

i tried not watching the new TLJ trailer, but it played before Thor Ragnarok (it was cool seeing it on a big screen tho)
i'll probably only try to watch the very first trailer for this. i'm ALREADY sold on this movie pretty much, lol

I thought all the MCU movies did pretty well with its trailers. I’ll have to get that first glance.

    A (Cancelled) Dork Prestigious

I generally watch first teasers just to see how everything looks and then totally shut down trailer viewing after that. I haven’t seen any Last Jedi footage since the very first reveal trailer, for example. I didn’t even know what a porg was until everyone wouldn’t stop talking about them online. Still don’t even really know what they are.

I might wait on the reactions to this trailer before watching it, just to see how spoilery it is. Also the length can be telling; any trailer that clocks in at or under 1:30 is generally fine, anything that goes above 2:00 is usually spoiler-heavy. It's a tough life in this day and age, trying to avoid spoilers for big movies.

Do or do not, there is no try. Supporter

I hate it trying to avoid spoilers. I wanted to avoid all of TLJ footage but between twitter, movie websites, my lack of restraint and Cinema visits it wasn't worth the 7 month commitment/struggle. :crylaugh: My brother has a very sparse online presence and manages it no bother (Although it's always weird when he closes his eyes and blocks his ears during trailers in the Cinema..).

    I do not exist.

I keep my headphones nearby and find my heaviest music, turn it up and close my eyes. Worth it for going in to the proper movie blind. Although you are right, it's so hard to avoid everything, particularly with social media.

I might need to try that, actually. I always tend to have my Bluetooth earphones around my neck anyway!

I’ve tried ear plugs but I can still hear. I just stand in the entrance walkway to the theatre for the previews. Then when I see the trailer pop up I just go outside.

Less than that. GMA runs until 9 AM EST. It'll be on in the next 45 minutes. I'd imagine it'll be about 30 minutes.

I don't know why they didn't show more of the Guardians, though.

Love the commitment to playing the Avengers theme. It's like they saw the critiques of their lack of emphasis on music and decided to actually lean into their big hero theme, and it sure does work.

    Looks appropriately epic. Can't wait.
