That'd roughly fit the usual timeline for trailers for Marvel films released in May. And, with the negative buzz around Inhumans, I could see Marvel trying to get those on the fence to give the television premiere a shot.

 

That rumour started from a fake pic of a Twitter IM conversation between the official Marvel account and some random doing the rounds that a lot of people fell for. Pretty sure we're not getting a trailer then.

Could We See SPIDER-MAN Supporting Character Silk In AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR?

 

I can't imagine her fitting organically into this film, and I don't remotely trust an IMDb "reveal" this far out. The most I could see happening is a scene where Peter's with other students (didn't the Comicon teaser show him on a bus?), and Cindy being one of those students.

As a big fan of Silk, though, I'll happily take any sign that she could appear in costume in a sequel to Homecoming.

Oh no, what a mistake that would be.

You mean it didn't much anything for you and was fine? Hate is a strong word for a movie so good and for how good his character played along with everyone in Civil War.

 

Ant Man bored me more than most Marvel movies but I didn't hate it and I really like Paul Rudd as the character. He was great in Civil War.

alright alright, maybe hate is a strong word, but it is by far the worst marvel movie/character IMO. every marvel movie/character already has that comic relief aspect to them, it was just too much for me personally seeing Ant Man in CW, it felt like all he was there to do was make jokes. Love Paul Rudd, but I can definitely do without ever seeing anything ant man related again.

 

But his jokes were awesome haha.
Fair enough though, I get it. For me I think Antman feels more natural as a jokey character then Thor, Hulk or Dr Strange but that's what happens when every character in your universe is comic relief, people get tired of it lol

It sounds like if you had seen Ant-Man before other Marvel movies you would like it.

 

I enjoyed Ant-Man but it’s not something i’d care to watch again. It was a fun movie after Age Of Ultron

 

Ant-Man is a mid-low MCU film for me, in the same tier as the first Captain America and Doctor Strange. It really nailed the humor and heart that the character demands, and I loved the cast, but there's a lot of room to grow. I'm excited for the sequel, though.

Anyways, it was confirmed a while ago that Wasp doesn't show up until Avengers 4, and it wasn't ever explicitly confirmed what the deal with Ant-Man was. I'm not too surprised at the prospect of Scott Lang sitting Infinity War out, at least until the end of the film or a post-credits scene.
