The opening scene seems to be Earth-10005 (dp&w) and Raimiverse colliding. Tobey fights Hugh and Deadpool. Both universes are destroyed. Deadpool appears later in the film, but Tobey and Hugh are not seen again.
I think it is a good call to show two known universes get destroyed because it shows what the Avengers/F4/X-Men/Doom are up against. The inevitable destruction of everything is the real threat. Doom’s actions are a result of those threats. He wants to stop it as much as everyone else.
He wasn’t the only person that knew the information, he was just the first one to spill it for clout (with a few inaccuracies), so the MSS mods corrected him by pointing out the stuff that he made up. I only posted the info that they shared themselves. But, yeah, he is a complete douche, right-wing grifter. If the info came solely from him I wouldn’t have mentioned it.
Yeaaaaah, Dune isn’t going to move. A 3-week exclusive window during Christmas is not something you give up. I’d honestly rather see Dune in IMAX. Avengers is fine on a standard screen.
Some interesting tidbits shared today Steve is living on Earth-828. Loki took him there. The F4 and Doom pick up Steve and bring him to Earth-616 believing that it will be easier for the heroes there to gain trust if he is with them. Dr Strange and Peggy are part of Doom’s “cult.”
