No I’m confused who’s in this. Like all the original team via some multiverse logic? Or the characters they’ve been introducing lately like Eternals, Moon Knight, She Hulk etc ? I’m not up on the marvel lore

 

I mean, this isn't based on any one comic run, and even if it was, that's not anything to go by.

We don't know who is in this because we don't even know who an Avenger is right now.

It also depends on where the pieces are by the time this comes out.

Like, for example, I'd assume Dr. Strange, except he's with Clea in the Dark Dimension right now, so who knows?

 

Excited for alternate Iron Man and Cap played by RDJ and Chris Evans to show up at the end

 

A great way to fight the marvel fatigue everyone’s talking about is putting two avengers movies 6 months apart

Honestly though, who are the avengers now?

 

Well, we can assume from the end of Shang-Chi and from Dr. Strange that the Avengers we know of include Hulk, Captain Marvel, Dr. Strange, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, and Spider-Man. I'm assuming Shang-Chi has been recruited into that fold.

Even though Thor went on his own, I'm sure he's also still included in that bracket. I imagine Sam and Rhodey are also part of that club as well, although I'm not sure about Bucky.

 

I think we’re probably gonna spend most of phase 5 figuring that out.

I’m guessing Strange, Peter Parker, Hulk, Thor, Ant-Man, Captain America become the “official” team, whenever Thor is around.

Not sure where Shang Chi or whoever becomes the new Black Panther fit in yet

 

Also forgot about Valentina or whenever her name is and her merry men/women she’s gathering

 

Those are probably the Thunderbolts.

 

People have been bitching about marvel fatigue for years now. Why would they bother to act in response to it? People are still seeing these movies.

I mean, I don't think they'll not show up outside of Thunderbolts. Thunderbolts is absolutely where they'll come together as a team, but then I expect them to show up in future movies as well. That's how this typically works.
