My thought on Steve’s travels at the end is that he was given extra pym particles to ensure nothing gets him stuck somewhere. He returns the stones at the proper time, then takes a trip back to the 40’s or whenever where Peggy was. He lives his life and then as an old man travels to the time we see him. The main problem here is that it seems like you have to travel to the pad that he left on. Although, when they travel through time to the past they can just show up and leave where ever they want to. Not sure how it works.
That just doesn’t jive with the ancient one saying it’s good for Banner’s reality, but not hers. To me, that shows they exist separately simultaneously. I need to see it again and pay extra attention during that scene.
It's only bad for her reality if they don't bring the stones back, which would leave the timeline split into separate realities. She gives him the stone, trusting that he'll bring it back and erase the chaotic timeline they created.
As well, if the stones need to be present in a reality to keep things together.... our current reality has zero stones. What will happen because of that?
I've heard some people say that because Thanos "atomized" them, that they still technically exist in the universe, just in an unusable state. But of course this is nothing the movie really confirms
I’ve got a question about the funeral scene & wondered if anyone in here knows the answer. When there’re panning over everyone at the funeral who was the guy who looked to be in his late teens/early 20’s who was stood on his own, near the back. He was the only one I didn’t recognise in that scene. As for the film itself I enjoyed it, not the best marvel film imo but it was a good way to close out this chapter of the films.
That is the kid from Iron Man 3 I believe. That’s what I’ve seen, if I’m not mistaken it is the same actor
I loved this so much! So many amazing moments. Not sure whether I like it more than Infinity War yet but both are up there with my favourite films of all time.
I still have so many questions about the next Spider-Man movie. It didn't seem like Ned dusted, since he touched Peter to make sure he was really there. In 2023, Ned wouldn't be in high school anymore. Thus, every core actor from 'Homecoming' has to have dusted in order to remain in the same grade during 'Far From Home.'
Ned was definitely dusted since he’s the same age. I’m more surprised that everyone at the school was just going about their day when Peter made it known that the people dusted can remember it happening to them.
