I hope it just turns into Edge of Tomorrow where they keep dying, going back in time, and dying again.
lol, I'd like a movie like this. Just not 3 hrs of it. But, Edge of Tomorrow meets the third act of Doctor Strange sounds like a fun superhero story.
Isn't this pretty much all comic book movies with either time travel and/or rebooting the series anyways?
post avengers plans for all their movies will not be made until after far from home comes out and they wont even say if they will be at comic con cuz its a spoiler to what happens in endgame
We already know they're doing movies after Spiderman. Haven't they already announced the black widow and doctor strange sequel? MAYBE one of the big heroes will die in Endgame, they're just hyping it up with that stuff.
everything has been rumors but nothing is confirmed outside of guardians 3 and had a original release date of next year nothing is official or has release dates but people are guessing black widow doctor strange 2 the eternals black panther 2 and guardians 3 but nothing is known for sure and they wont make anything public till july at the earliest
i mean, they're hiring directors for Eternals, Black Widow, and Shang-Chi so i'd say that's a pretty good indicator (also, pretty sure i read that Coogler is confirmed returning for Black Panther 2) like, these movies are happening, just cause they haven't made an official press release/statement, we know they're working on them
Black Widow has been confirmed to start filming this summer, so some things aren't just rumors at this point.
“This was Brie’s first time playing the character,” Joe Russo said. “She [filmed ‘Avengers: Endgame’] before she filmed ‘Captain Marvel,’ and I think she was experimenting with what the character was. And those were the choices that she and her hair and makeup team had made.” Joe Russo continued, “I think as she started to gain a deeper understanding of the character, especially as she approached her own movie, she started to make different choices and as an artist she should be afforded that right to make whatever choice that she wants to make.” Larson herself said during the “Endgame” press conference that because the movie was her first time playing Captain Marvel, she had to “stumble and figure out who the character was” before even she was certain. By the time production started rolling on the “Captain Marvel” solo movie, Larson had a better grasp on how the character should look and act. (source) More and more, I hope that they mix up their strategy post Infinity War/Endgame, instead of trying to jump right into another big Avengers saga. This whole thing is just too big.
This is kind of disappointing. I adore Brie, but I would say her character was a little “stiff” in Captain Marvel. It wasn’t necessarily out of line for the character she was portraying but I was hoping to see a more “self-assured” Captain Marvel in Endgame, which is what the end of Captain Marvel sort of hinted towards.
Yeah I was definitely hoping she'd come into the role a bit more with Endgame. She just felt off in her solo movie, but that could just come down to the writing/directing, because I KNOW Brie can act.
Wasn't in love with Captain Marvel but thought she had potential as the character there, it just never quite gelled, a bit disappointing that her bits here were filmed before
Yea... but I guess it makes sense. Didn’t they film these back to back in 2017? Captain Marvel probably filmed as early as late 2017 and into 2018, would be my guess.
That toy lines up with the plot spoiler floating around out there from an alleged crew member. Obviously this typically happens with just about every major tentpole film and the claims often end up being a whole lot of malarkey, but...this did give me pause. So yeah, if you don’t want to be spoiled then definitely avoid digging around at all over the next couple weeks because life comes at you fast.
