Did anyone talk about this? How Disney Will Make 21st Century Fox Disappear It's really shitty what acquisitions do to people who are just trying to work and support themselves. I'm excited for FF and X-Men to be in the new Marvel movies, but this blows.
I'm also shocked we didn't get a new trailer with Captain Marvel... I also didn't even get the original trailer!
The mid credit scene of Captain Marvel was Endgame related. And, my showing had trailers for Shazam, Dark Phoenix, & Far From Home. I don't really see any reason to crowd the Captain Marvel release w/ too much Endgame stuff. I could see them releasing a trailer late March, or maybe very beginning of April. Something that can play before Shazam and/or get attention back on Captain Marvel after its initial excitement cools down.
I would say the final trailer (plus ticket sales) is almost a guarantee for the week of Shazam. Release the trailer and ticket sales on Monday so everyone talks about it at work and school during the week, then it plays in front of Shazam the following weekend.
amc leaked tickets will go on sale april 2nd which is a Tuesday. the next trailer should be coming between next Monday and march 21st i think and on the note of this movie endgame it is done being edited
Started to think about how I hope they don't include an end credits scene. Or if they do, I hope they're more so in the same vein of the Ragnarok end credits or the first Avengers when they're more light-hearted and not cliffhanging. Would really love to have some closure, and then start fresh with continuing stories for Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and (cautiously) Spider-Man. At least until the next big mash up of superheroes.
The Fox deal should be fully completed by then, so it would give them a way to throw X-Men or Fantastic Four into the fray.
