    I saw this twice when it came out and the 2nd time annoyed me so much.

    I took my dad to the first movie, and he was blown away by the tech so I saw the 2nd one at a brand new theater and it was incredible and couldn't wait to see it with him. I took him when I went home at Christmas to his local theater and it was so bad... Out of focus, dimly lit and it just didn't have the impact it should of had. He still loved it, but definitely noticed something was off. We told the theater it sucked (nicely), but I doubt they did anything.

    This next one we'll drive however far as we need to for an actual decent theater as it was a night and day difference.

    I'd tell him to go see this rerelease but he's not someone who really goes to the movies so I sort of have to force him by being there.
