They really don’t need to make live action adaptations of cartoons anymore. It doesn’t work, and it just ends up feeling like an insult to the original
Can I just say how funny it is that Sokka did not seek out to save his girlfriend and he just kinda happened across her when trying to find his dad. Lol there was a whole thing with Azula telling him about imprisoning her

I don’t want to see any leaked clips, but supposedly the animation is really good and smooth. Still wish this would be a theatrical release
Guess the entire movie is out there now in full HD. I feel bad for the team behind Avatar but... I mean, fuck Paramount and the Ellisons
All I will say is that the animation is fantastic and it's a shame that the work of those animators involved won't be seen in theaters
The whole saga with this movie is unfortunate. I’m not watching the leak, but if they don’t get a handle on it then I hope they maybe bump up that release date a bit. It’s wild that they haven’t really put out more than a couple of stills and the title (not even a synopsis) and the movie is already out there. Bummer.
really sucks that the creators and animators are gonna lose a bunch of money from Paramount not knowing how to do... literally anything right. if there were any more movies planned after this I doubt those are getting made now
I'm not even certain any of the other movies were going forward anyway (haven't heard them mentioned in years now). Once this one started facing delays, production issues, a larger price tag, etc. and got pulled from theaters, I couldn't imagine them having much faith in doing it a couple more times. haha. At least the new show is apparently moving along at a great pace. I'm really excited for that one.
