I get a bit of an As Tall As Lions/Polyenso vibe

 

This record is beautiful.

 

On my first listen I got some vibes similar to Manchester Orchestra, Copeland, Stephen Christian, mellow Circa Survive, a little bit of Acceptance.

 

I can see the Copeland/Stephen Christian comparison for sure also

 

Copeland is my go to RIYL for this band. Ironically, Aaron produced their first EP, which is probably the least Copeland-sounding material of theirs to date

 

The title track on this reminds me a lot of The Bell & The Hammer-era This Day & Age.

 

Dude yes! Was thinking that same thing. His vocals eapecially.

Overall, I think I'm hearing more Mutemath than any other band though. Mutemath meets bands like Copeland and From Indian Lakes.

 

Debut never rly stuck w me but I still feel like I gotta check this out

 

Sonder and Lost, Nothing to Hide are early favorites for me.

agreed on the earlier discussion that a good support slot would be beneficial to them. i get spoiled from them doing a lot of one-off shows at home, but they need to be bigger.

 

yeah i like this, people do the copeland comparisons but it leans darker/heavier than anything they ever did

Wish there were more songs like "Want," but enjoying a chunk of this.

Crap I totally forgot to listen to this.. I even played their debut again to get ready. What is wrong with me?

 

The first half of What Is Real is absolutely gut-wrenching, and so relatable for me personally, right now. God damnit this band is great.

 

i adore this
