Audrey Hobert - Who’s the Clown? (August 15, 2025)

Childhood best friend of Gracie Abrams and co-writer on some of Abrams 2024 album “The Secret of Us” Audrey Hobert has decided to start their own music career. Hobert’s first single, Sue me, has become a hit and since then Hobert has released the song “Bowling alley”.

Her videos are something lol. If I attempted those routines I would be in the hospital for a week

 

Not to take away from the collegiate accomplishments or the skill she clearly has, but I like how that article frames her jobs at CBS and Nickelodeon as something that just sort of happened after moving to LA and grinding in the service industry for a few months

 

Are you saying she got those jobs through connections? I don’t really know her background so I don’t know what exactly you mean here.

 

Oh, yeah her father was a writer and executive producer on both of those shows. He also notably wrote and exec produced on Scrubs, Spin City, and a few seasons of both Til Death and Community. Not saying that has anything to do with her music career, just always laugh at articles that fail to mention that kind of stuff. As if you just go to college, move to LA and bam you’ll get a job

 

So this is gonna be one of those records where all 12 songs are stuck in my head at once huh
