What's up y'all. Trying to live in the Fourth Ward so I can walk / bike / Lyft scooter everywhere via the Beltline.

 

Yeah so if any of you need rommates hit us up cause Randall has expensive taste and ya boy has no car.

 

Please. We would save that extra $150-$200 a month by neither of us having to Uber or Lyft that often. The point of living in a big city is accessibility in my opinion.

However, I’m down with Decatur or north Atlanta cause it’s on MARTA.

 

when are y'all moving in, I believe Jermaine Dupri and Ludacris have to legally welcome everyone

 

TI is on-call for that as well.

 

I’ve lived in old fourth ward for almost 5 years. Right on the beltline next to the skate park. Complex is called Block Lofts if you want to check it out.

 

Above our price range unfortunately haha. We’ve been finding a lot of accessible 2BR places in the $1350-$1425 range so that’s what we’re probably looking to pay

 

Guys I am so stoked to move to this awesome, cultured, beautifully hilly & wooded city

 

Anybody know anyone looking for a place in June? lol

 

Inman Park / Reynoldstown seems to be the best combination of value and accessibility

 

what are some places you've found in that range? the Inman Park/Old 4th area is getting pretty boujee compared to 5 years ago and prices are insane.

 

I’ll keep my ears open at the airport, next instructor class gets out late May/early June I believe

 

heading down to atlanta for a few days in june. any must hit restaurants or general things to do while there?
