been playing re7 in vr a bunch the last couple weeks so it's not quite as scary as that, but it's pretty scary. hearing mr. x's footsteps as he stalks me always freaks me out.

 

I didn’t find 7 to be very scary.

God, I’ve been trying and failing. Playing it in VR just takes it to a whole new level and despite being a massive horror fan, I can barely handle it haha

 

being fully immersed in the game and then turning my head around to see some creepy old guy with a shovel will always be scary

 

i play like 15-20 minutes a day and then that's it haha

What do you do for motion? I changed it so it’s just smooth motion rather than those 30 degree angles but I find that I get sorta nauseated. Not sure if I need to adjust and just keep playing or if that’s just gonna be the way it is

smooth motion. i'm fine with the motion for the shorter sessions but i did get a little nauseous on my sole longer hour+ session which hasn't happened to me for any other vr game. just think of the nausea as adding to the horror experience!

 

I also want the new Mario game for switch tho and I haven’t even beat red dead 2 or put a dent in smash bros yet lol

Guys, the original soundtrack swap for Resident Evil 2 is a must. It even has all the original menu sounds incorporated into it.

 

Game disappointed me. I’d rather play the 2004 Red Dead.

 

I'm surprised there's this much hubbub around a remake, must be a big deal/good game

Honestly I love it, but there is TOO much things to do and keep track off. I’m just trying to get to a mission and I get jumped by bandits, have to save someone who is captured, shoot someone’s chains off who escaped, etc.

 

It’s honestly the best Resident Evil game since 4, it’s a true return to form for the series.

 

I think the lack of fast travel is what makes me sour on the game. Everything else is good, but traveling to camp millions of times... ugh.

 

TNT must be having a Star Wars marathon all day, probably won’t get much accomplished
