That was the height of Lady Gaga’s fame in my opinion, the Little Monsters were in full force back then and you couldn’t escape it.

 

Well Venom does look like garbage so if I had to see one of the two

But honestly I do not see the appeal of ASIB at all either

 

Jon Hamm needs to play more bad guys, he was one of the best parts of Baby Driver in my opinion.

 

I never see any movies anymore cause I'm too busy but I want to see the documentary about Alex Honnold that comes out this weekend called Free Solo. I love watching that dude climb.

 

I honestly haven’t been to a theater since July, need to change that.

 

Next movie I see will most likely be The House With A Clock In It's Walls. Daughter wants to see that

And Goosebumps 2 later this month of course

 

I kinda wanna see that Clock movie. But not enough to go to work and watch it. I still never saw Solo lol. Guess I can do that now

 

Hoping I can see First Man a week from today/yesterday. We'll see

 

Solo was monumentally average

 

Halloween is for sure going to be something I’m seeing, it had so much promise. Plus, John Carpenter score

 

I fucking love Whiplash and I absolutely adore La La Land but something about First Man does not appeal to me at all. I'll still see it for Chazelle tho

 

It was a decent popcorn movie but that’s all it really was. Donald Glover was a perfect Lando though.

 

Glover was like half great, half derivative of Billy Dee. Still love the dude

 

Whiplash is a top ten movie of the decade in my book, perfect story about devotion to your art and the fallout that comes with it. Plus, JK Simmons fucking killed it.

 

I thought Solo was a lot of fun. I was pleasantly surprised. It did have a few too many cutesy winks to the audience though

 

Has enough time passed where saying La La Land sucked is no longer an interesting opinion

 

Whiplash is great and La La Land is very good and I have no idea what First Man is

 

This needs to be the sequel

 

It never sucked. There are valid criticisms of it, but it never sucked. I love it.

 

Same director. New movie

 

Never saw the hype about La La Land, I felt that Emma and Ryan had no chemistry and it just didn’t grab me like the golden age of musicals did.
