In seriousness I’ve seen firsthand how terrible social media can be when someone’s struggling with a mental breakdown. It’s wild that they can ruin their lives essentially in a matter of seconds or one single post. I wish there was a better way to be able to essentially take social media from someone but that’s problematic in itself and I don’t have all the answers

This happened to me the other day. I replied asking who it was and they were like, “omg I thought this was a guy from tinder blah blah blah.” After a few more texts it became clear it was a scam
