I have done a really shitty job of keeping up with 2018 releases but my top three are pretty easily

1. Vein - Errorzone
2. Jesus Piece - Only Self
3. Fiddlehead - Springtime and Blind

idk about the order hoinestly.

I'm really bummed about Fiddlehead, they haven't received the acclaim/attention they deserve outside of the Hardcore scene IMO. Such a beautiful and heart breaking record.

if Grimes or Young Thug had released their albums this year then I think my list might’ve been a lot different but I doubt either one will so that’s what I got

 

still several albums I need to revisit or evaluate but this is my running list

 

not even going to try and number my favorite albums this year, that's too stressful

 

I feel very out of the loop when I realize I’ve never even so much as listened to any of the artists mentioned (death cab and A$AP rocky being the only exception)

Now that school is done and my ex and I are moving swiftly towards the final curtain call, I just realize how utterly alone I am.
When he leaves for work and then I am at home and look around and realize I have nothing to do for weeks, no one to talk to, nowhere to go.
Im not saying I prefer being busy, but the loneliness is profound.

 

just generally speaking I hate how everything becomes a content factory/contest haha, like having the first end of the year list doesn't get you a prize
it's worse for movies because a lot of the good ones come out in December
