    It’s not the bones touching the meat that’s weird?? Lol it’s the bones being there!! I think it’s perfectly normal to be weirded out by bones.

    Bone-in meat cooks more evenly, resulting in superior texture. I think the bits around the bone also taste really good too and you don't get that without a bone.

    I understand taste lol my issue isn’t about the taste I just can’t get over feeling of being grossed out (by the bones). It’s why I dabbled in vegetarianism throughout my life lol. I mean, I still eat wings sometimes don’t get me wrong. But given the choice, boneless>>>
