I was a drummer

 

I only run on the treadmill, I feel awkward just running and I don't feel like I know what I'm doing

 

I rarely run but when I do I also only do treadmills.

I feel like it’s so much easier to stop when I’m running outside and also it’s bad for your body so

 

Yeah fuck. I’m just gonna run every other day and do weights in between. That’s what I used to do and it was fine. Plus it helps minimize the running part

 

I like biking

I'd also rather have a treadmill at home so nobody can see me attempting to exercise.

I did this once. I have a 100% success rate, so I highly recommend it.
