I wonder at what age will my kids realize how cheap/ridiculous I am about stuff. Assuming they don't know now.

The logic behind this has to do with consumption on the premises, basically if you're using the restaurant's facilities then it's taxable. The obvious loophole is as you stated previously

 

Yeah i would just always get drive thru or order to go then eat it in the restaurant. That's a dumb one.

@bachna84 @Dirty Sanchez if you ever order food for dine in and pay tax on it when you don't have to you dumb

Spent like 2.5 hours fixing this car again. Pulled a button off a broken toy to use instead of the pedal that broke its using an old lawnmower battery that I shoved in there that didn't fit and the kicker is that I found the car itself in front of somebody's house that they were getting rid of because it was broken.
