I flew out to see them on the NYC & NJ dates of the "Tenth Time Lucky" tour. They're still so much fun live; Patty & Ben are natural born performers, and it was so great to hear how loud the audience was screaming back the lyrics on those old "Never Happy" deep-cuts. They confirmed they're almost done recording their fifth album, and seem to be in the best form of their career. However, unfortunately both shows were only about half-sold. Was hoping they'd get the reunion/anniversary bump, but I think they still need to rebuild their fanbase. In my opinion they have the potential to be a scene mainstay like Neck Deep & State Champs, but I think they're still trying to find their place in a post-Warped Tour world. Nevertheless they still have a long career ahead of them and I'll always support them when they come back to the states.
A key difference is that Neck Deep and State Champs each have a highly regarded scene classic album from that era 10-12 years ago which has really formed the foundation of their careers since, which As It Is don't have.
they played by me on wednesday but i was so tired after work i didn't go, i wonder how the turnout ended up by me, and i agree with what @Paulms85 said about ND & SC having seminal albums, i like As It is debut album but theres some songs i skip that slog on it, where as the other two bands albums i can play front to back
