This article has been imported from chorus.fm for discussion. All of the forum rules still apply. Travis Barker has tweeted out that the artwork is done for the new Blink-182 album and that one of his favorite artists did it. Any guesses? Craola, the guy that did the artwork on Mark's bass. Even though its more Mark that has talked about him
Are we allowed to ask the age old question "Why is this news?" @Jason Tate I'm totally kidding. Can't wait to see what it looks like
Really curious to see how this turns out. Blink-182 art has never really amazed me, although I did like the self-titled.
Not too interested in the art but pumped for the new music coming very soon. I'm going into this almost viewing Blink 182 as two bands in one. New Album Blink and Touring Blink. What I mean by that is I'm not really going to compare this album to their past too much, since obviously the subtraction of Tom and addition of Matt is a big one. I'm almost going into it like I would a new band........but then once they get out on the road they can somewhat revert back to the old Blink since they will be playing most of the songs that got them here.
I think back in 2011, travis was the first band member to start promoting the artwork for neighborhoods. and I liked that cover a lot.
A lot of people don't like it but I always thought it was cool and fit the theme of the album really well.
