So with the crossover starting this weekend is there anyone here that can fill what has been happening across the Arrowverse to set this up? I haven't watched anything but Legends for the past few seasons but I assume Arrow and Flash have been laying some groundwork for this.

Trying to catch up on the Arrowverse so I can dive into the crossover. Few episodes into each and Arrow has been pretty good this season imo. I usually watch the shows in the background now, but I pay attention whenever an action scene starts in Arrow. I'm glad they still put work into the choreography and stunt work in those.
