I think splitting in two is great, though I'd prefer a shorter gap. There is/was something special about tv from like 2006-2016 where weekly internet discussion was the norm. Netflix shows lack that almost entirely and as much as I enjoy being able to cruise through a season of a show in a few days, it sucks. Stranger Things should drop in 2-3 chunks especially.
The clip didn't really do anything for me but still a fun interview. "When did they colorize it?" lol Regarding Buster and Lucille 2 they are carrying on that storyline because he says Busters in jail for a portion of the season
I think it has to be one or the other, personally. Either drop them all at once or drop one a week every week. Half now, half months later is a major bummer.
I'm just glad that, clearly, nobody pushed for Tambor to be part of the promotional appearances thus far. Haven't seen him at all at any of these appearances. I also don't understand why Mitch would say those things at all. Seems like it would be pretty easy to just say "We all stand with victims of sexual abuse" and let that be the official stance. The season was already in the middle of being made when all of that came out, it's not like he put him in after the fact. They could then figure out a way to write him off for any potential season 6 or movie or whatever. Instead he just is projecting a bad look.
Review: Arrested Development Season 5 Feels Like the Show You Remember I like that this review identifies the two darkest storylines of season 4 as Lindsay’s wall and George Michael’s resentment towards Michael and not, ya know, Lucille 2 potentially being murdered
It's honestly super bizarre as I am watching the remix, everything about the wall. It became all to real.
This is all I needed to hear: At various points in the first seven episodes, Tobias pretends to be Michael, George Michael, Buster, and in one standout scene, even Michael’s deceased wife. Kyle Mooney joins as Tobias’ even-less-qualified scene partner.
No, you shouldn’t. I’m sure if you’re a fan of the show you will, though – and I won’t blame you. In its original incarnation, Arrested Development was one of the funniest, smartest comedies on TV, and the cast was dynamite. The prospect of spending more time in this world, with these characters, will likely be too hard to pass up for many viewers. But the sad truth is, this show has run its course. When Netflix saved Arrested Development from cancellation, it felt like a victory. But now that we have two seasons of the show on Netflix, it’s clear that maybe – just maybe – Arrested Development should’ve stayed cancelled. The magic is gone, the cast seems bored and tired, and we’re all left wondering why this is even still going on. My advice: ignore the new season and just re-watch the original run of the show. And then immediately stop when season 3 ends.In the span of three sentences the argument is "maybe it should have stay canceled" and "ignore the season" and "don't watch it." This is by far the harshest review I've seen of this season.
I'm sure S5 will be at least on par with S4, and that's good enough for me. 6 more days......I'm ready to have Anus Tart back in my life.
