8 episodes into the remix and still diggin it. Definitely slogs a little bit in the same places the original did, and some of the episodes are still mostly one or two character centric, but the 20 minute episodes are easier to digest for such a dense show

 

Maybe he's going to Nutty Professor the movie about the family where he plays every character.

 

Honestly thank god for the real trailer because that viral marketing video is painfully unfunny and weird.

Lol that trailer looks great. Wasn’t a big fan of season 4 at the time, tried starting the recut but it didn’t keep my interest.

Also this is random but I really wish that Will Arnett special that was on Netflix on April Fools day a few years ago was still there.

 

Season 4 got some laughs out of me but was a pretty big step down. REALLY hoping for a return to classic AD for season 5. The trailer has me optimistic.

 

I hate watching trailers cos it's minor spoiler city but I couldn't resist. It looks so fucking dumb i can't wait!

Also just saw a classic line from Season 4 talking about a wig.

I love how even a portion of the trailer is recapping

by love I mean I really hope the new season doesn't do that constantly

 

mixed feelings with Tambor being in it. i'll just torrent it or whatever

I just hope they don’t jump around in time again. Please don’t catch us up on the past five years.

 

That article doesn't really clear up anything, it's still Jeffrey's words vs his accusers and you tend to believe one of those. It does seem fucked up that Soloway seemed, and still does, to care more about how it effects the show then the on set harassment.

Also, the quote from Jessica Walter's representative is kind of telling

 

I mean the comments he made to the victims are bad enough to not be explainable with a simple “he didn’t know he was crossing a line,” let alone the physical assault allegation. It’s just bad all around.

Honestly I’m surprised and pretty disappointed that Tambor is a part of season 5

 

It was filmed before the allegations were made. Kinda icky he’s gonna be part of the press tour tho

I haven't seen S4 since it first came out and don't remember much of the plot so I'm looking forward to basically getting two new seasons this month with the remix

 

Trailer looked super disappointing. Seemed heavily reliant on call backs. Which I don't mind, but it felt excessive.

Henry this show is like 80% callbacks and that's barely an exaggeration
