The recut is really good so far. Still a total mess narratively, but I’ve always loved this season for how all over the place it is.

Im just nitpicking but I really don’t get why Michael keeps ripping up the signatures lol like just embarrass them in the movie. Ripping up the signatures is just hurting yourself
Okay. I’m blown (away) by this season. It’s scattered and frankly confusing as hell at times but it comes together in a way that as AD usually does, leaves me shaking my head in amazement.
Honestly if Michael had an arc like he usually has the season would have been better. Putting him in the same shoes as the rest of his “loser” family hurts the story imo. Need to have him back to looking down on everyone.
They’re releasing this the day before Kimmy Schmidt? I guess maybe they’re trying to cram them both in before the Emmy eligibility deadline.
soso on the remix so far. maybe its just because I actually enjoyed the original S4 structure, but I miss the longer payoff setups. also maybe this gets explained later the remix season, but I recall there being a joke in original S4 where the sweat lodge used by George and Oscar was bought from the church were Gob's wedding was (think it was just a sight gag of the ebay page they bought it from or something). but then in the remix they showed those two happening at the same time. so are they taking some liberties with the original timeline to make the remix work?
