Armstrongs – “If There Was Ever a Time”

The Armstrongs, a group featuring Tim (Operation Ivy/Rancid/Transplants), Billie Joe (Green Day), Joey (SWMRS), and Rey Armstrong, have debuted their first song “If There Was Ever a Time.”

The track, now available via Hellcat Records, is being sold to raise money for 924 Gilman: a DIY, nonprofit, all-ages venue for music, art, and community events in Berkeley, California.

It would be pretty dope if they collaborated with a fifth Armstrong, Louis.

 

Oh gosh I love the name and the idea of this, haha. Very cool.

 

I have no idea who Rey Armstrong is but this is pretty awesome

 

He's Tim's nephew, it seems.

 

So my assumption is that there will be more songs, maybe an album, at least an EP. but any of the stuff call it a new band but really only talk about the single and the donations. has there been any album clarification that I've missed?
