I don't know how I feel about traveling to California even next year, but the ticket wasn't expensive, and AFS would be the band that could get me to do it, so I'll hold onto mine.
I wish the LA show wasn't still sold out. I'd grab a ticket for that and see what happens come September. Very interested to see what all these tours/festivals are able to pull off this year.
Just realized they added a second night in NYC at Irving Plaza. Seems like a weird decision. The first night is at Gramercy Theater (capacity 500) and they haven't sold out yet. Irving Plaza has a capacity of 1100. Hope they both sell well. Maybe I'll even do both.
I'll always regret never seeing Matchbook Romance. What I wouldn't give to see them play Voices in its entirety.
has anyone gotten any info on the VIP situation? I have mine on friday but have no idea whats going on
they sounded reallly REALLY bad on friday at the troubadour, which is a notoriously good sounding venue :/
felt like the guitars werent on, could really only hear bass and drums, his vocals mix was really bad too.
That's disappointing. I'm really on the fence about still going to this show and you might've just swayed me into not going.
also on a different note, my friend has two tickets to the pomona show on friday for anybody that wants them! haha
